Dear GA delegates, we would like to inform you that the electronic payment option for the registration fees, hotels and transfers is no longer available.
You may pay for participation in cash or by credit card in the World Trade Center in Moscow service bureau.

Attention! We would like to inform you that starting from September 14, 2012 the wire transfer payment method will be not be available, and from September 21, 2012, 10.00 a.m.  Moscow time all other online payment methods will be also switched down.

43rd WTCA General Assembly will be held:

• September 23–25, 2012 in MOSCOW
• September 25–26, 2012 in SAINT PETERSBURG

Within the electronic payment system you may separately purchase:

Participation in the WTCA GA (September 23-25 - MOSCOW, September 25-26 – SAINT PETERSBURG)

• Hotel accommodation (during the period of September 23–25 — MOSCOW, September 25–26 —– SAINT PETERSBURG)
• Transfer (if required from the airport to the World Trade Center Moscow during September 21–23 period) — must be ordered with indication of the flight number, the flight time and arrival airport.

Transfer from Moscow to St. Petersburg scheduled for September 25, 2012 at 19:25 via «Sapsan» train is carried out at the expense of WTC Moscow.

Please take time to review the program carefully and plan a return flight from St. Petersburg. If you desire to fly back from Moscow, you will need to make travel arrangements and cover the costs for the transfer from St. Petersburg to Moscow and accommodation in Moscowindependently.

Registration Procedure for the WTCA GA and Transfer:

1. Please select the required number of WTCA GA participants and the number of Transfers (if you travel in group the Transfer is formed on the basis of a 1 Transfer for 3 people).
2. Fill out all required personal data (for a transfer, you need to indicate the flight number, time, date and arrival airport);
3. Choose the payment method.
4. Click “Continue”.
5. Please pay for your order.
6. After payment is complete you will receive an automatic email with the payment confirmation.

Registration with usage of the Promotional Code:

1. Enter the promo-code in the box under the widget;
2. Select the number of participants in accordance with the conditions attached to the promotional code
3. Complete all registration procedure points described above.

Attention!
When you register with the Promotional Code it is necessary to comply with the WTCA conditions described in a letter to the promo-code.

If you register more participants than the promo-code allows the registration will be cancelled. Please note that all other delegates need to be registered separately on the regular basis.

Dear participants, please note that you can pay for the Transfer separately; it is required to indicate the flight number, arrival time and airport of arrival.

Please note that in the event of the cancellation of your booking you will be subjected to the commission fee of 12,5% for the refund.

!!! Please make sure to spell your name as it appears in your passport in order to avoid complications in obtaining a Russian visa!!!
